That's a first step is to pin joe down, what do we do if Joe

Lou, I've stayed off the board for a long time per your request. But as everyone can see, in the almost two months that I have not posted, things have only gone from bad to worse. SO THE PROBLEM IS NOT MESSAGES CHALLENGING LANZA TO DO THE RIGHT THING. The problem is that BD refuses to do the right thing and that they continue to lie.

We have been hearing BD's crap about the audit for several years. I was once told by BD last fall that everything was already at the auditors... Oh, why bother with the history. Those of you who have been around all know it well enough. SO WHAT WE NEED LOU IS AN AUDIT NOT YOU REPEATING AGAIN THE SAME LANZA LIES OF THE PAST.

ME, I DON"T BELIEVE THERE WILL EVER BE AN AUDIT. A company that could produce an audit would have, instead of letting its PPS plummet to almost nothing. No, there is almost certainly a reason we don't have an audit, and that is most likely becuase BD can't survive any real public scrutiny.

So Lou, you are not helping us any by telling us again the tired old story that the audit is coming. What I want to hear from you is what you are going to do on the board to demand that this company come clean with its investors. I want to hear how you are challenging Lanza to do the right thing. I don't want to hear you telling the old Lanza stories about getting the documents to the auditor. I'd think you would be ashamed to even tell that lie anymore. I don't want to hear stories about rain in Lousiana. I want you to represent the stockholders to the company, not Lanza to the stockholders.

Lou, maybe its time to force an SEC investigation. YOU COULD DO THAT FOR US. We will be at .01 anyway in a couple more weeks. AND LOU, THAT WOULD STOP THE DILUTION. THINK ABOUT IT. MAYBE IT IS TIME TO TAKE WHAT YOU KNOW TO BE TRUE ABOUT BD AND DO SOMETHING WITH IT!!!
