Duster, pardon me for answering for Pant, but should you look closely the amount of bulls is at 37% and rising off of higher low numbers in the oscillations while the amount of bears is at 44% and actually falling off of lower highs each time so really there is 19% sitting on the sideline while the amount of bulls increase and the amount of bears decrease. Hmmmmmm! And overall I am bullish but confusion abounds it seems.

duster, i don't know where you're getting your data. here's a graph of the published numbers for AAII bulls vs bears. kinda flat, except for march.
