Not sure why you are asking the question. My source was provided in the link. Its is from the AAII surveys. I'm sure there is lots of conflicting data out there if you look. I have used the AAII surveys for several years and feel comfortable with usinf that data in my analysis. If you have data that works for you I would continue to use it to your benefit.
Also, if you look at the COT report the commercials continue to increase their long position. I wouldnt short against that or even look at the market going down
