The SEC is capable of investigating this company and arriving at the proper conclusion.

There are plenty of red flags and the total lack of communication is reasonable evidence of a scam, as this is not a filing company.

Calling anyone who files a complaint 'bitter ex-shareholders' and other names is simply nonsense.

It is fine to assume that this is not a scam as you obviously do - it is equally fine to assume it is a scam and proceed accordingly.
