You appear to be reaching by pulling quotes from past PR's. Any number of things could have occurred to cause delays. I refuse to think the worst here because I have no proof.

If the UPS guy doesnt deliver a package you're waiting for one day will you assume he took your george foreman grill and moved to Mexico to retire?
