Thanks for the banter - I have not witnessed any OTC or PK company being forced to buy back previously issued stock (and boy, I sure wish some of them would have been!!!!), and therefore am not sure on what needs to fall in place for that to happen (and, of course, IF a judgement against the old mgmt team does come in, how long can they drag their feet doing it - like 100 shares a year? I could certainly envision such a scenario ;-)
The emails posted on the VMHIF board (if genuine) seem to indicate that no further shares are being issued; I was wondering if the downtrend might be a last gasp before the recent ruling on delivering short sales takes effect.
The symbol is being talked up - one of their last PRs talked about a pending merger w/ an Internet technology company - any word or thoughts on that?
