typically the SEC does the heavy work for the OSC and the OSC felt that had to step up. The SEC still does the heavy work tho and I don't see any SEC halt and there won't be if it hasn't happened by now. Half truths and innuendo should be your bylines

If the OSC had tapes and definitive proof of wrong doing by SLJB, like you and

other posters have wrongly stated than the SEC would have already taken action...LOL

Wow, this thinking is just too reasonable to grasp though, huh...

but than I have electric lights ...and I have second sights,

I have amazing powers of observations, vations, vations, oohhhhhh

and that is how I know,... that,

when I try to get through ...on the... message boards to you,

there will be ...nobody home...

Just another thought here:

If, and I say If again, SLJB is cleared, I already know what is coming!

Fines are levied, person or persons are reprimanded, and business is released to operate, what would make SEC do anything further?

The company will be allowed to rise or fall on its own merits!

SEC would continue to watch because it is their job; no further action would be required!

Would you agree with that?

I called BS first! Did I win? SEC is too busy to be involved? Where do you get your facts? The next door neighbors door talking to you at midnight again?

Whistles you are correct about the SEC not having time to investigate as they are too busy trying to coverup all of their screwups. Seems like they have a lot of bad apples in their organization starting from the top down. However, thankfully there have been some "Wistle blowers" in the SEC that have exposed criminal activity there. IMO
