I think Belinda is a good person, and it is good to see somebody with a different point of view that has done some research. That's what we're all here for, to share opinions.

At this point it doesn't look like this company has any significant assets, but on the other hand we don't have any hard evidence of that. One of the few things Roger has recently told us is that he's lost more than half the value of the company in the last five months, with few supporting details.

Legal actions taken against him seem to indicate that he hasn't been paying his bills, and we have seen evidence that he has been borrowing against at least one property. We also know that Roger bumped up the authorized shares from 500M to 2B. Again, he hasn't directly mentioned any of this to the shareholders.

Mordicai thinks this compnay is gone, and I would tend to agree with that, but there are people like Belinda that feel there is some hope for a turnaround. Roger's optimism seems to focus on some remaining value in that Utah property, and the possibility of a victory in the stonewall lawsuit.

Who knows, maybe Roger can win that lawsuit. Since he already lost the case in court twice I wouldn't give it more than 1 in 100 odds, but it is still possible. Afterall, somebody did rob Roger, and he's just trying to get his money back.

I don't know if the Utah property is worth something, but I suspect it is. With all the deals Roger flips, the odds are pretty good that at least one of them turned out to be a good deal. So overall there is some basis for Belinda and Roger's optimism.

It's good to have an honest and open discussion about this stuff. Until we get some more more facts, nobody can be declared right or wrong. None of us have very good visibility into what's going on with this company. It's like trying to figure out what's inside a black box by trying to shake it, and seeing what little things fall out every now and then.
