The whole purpose of naked shorting is used to hold a stocks price or make it go downward.

The reason why glbt didn't uptick and hold last time with 500mil volume because it was NSS back into the hole.

To have those shares covered provides volume and puts threw all the buys that have happened already months or years ago.

NSS definition = retailer makes a purchase of say GLBT 10 mil shares at .0001 broker never records that purchase so it never comes out of stock inventory.

So now you force 2 billion + shares to be taken out of inventory all at once the level 2 will be nite and day from what it is now imo.

Then you add new buyers and possibly some news to it. KABOOM.

BTW the SEC never did tick tests and does not seem to be worried about short squeezes on OTC, Pinks. They seemed to specificaly say big boards after listening to the even again.
