No, your concerns are not silly..like I said in a previous post..an a/s of only 50 million shares can still cost us commoners our company if CB wants it to go that way..

The lockup period doesn't make the injustice of the whole thing go away. Set the AS to 25 mil, split CB's preferred shares by 25. Have the private investor buy 4-5 mil shares at $1.50 or so..

Why would it not be a concern. If an investor pays 5 million dollars to buy shares that should already be at .14 cents instead of .04 cents. The investor is making out like a bandit. Why not by my shares at .14 cents so I can get the hell out and come back and by these shares at .04 cents and put the rest of my money back in the bank were it belongs. The way I see it its the investor with the deal and I got
screwed. I have taken a very large risk and if I have to go down there to take care of my investment Im sure there will be others that will want to go. There is a lot of money at stake here and Mr Bitters should take the time to put himself in are shoes as an investor. We were hear for the long haul and the company and its common people share holders should be treated with respect. For one he does not understand how to PR. He first should have gotten the share price up before any reverse split was anounced. Then maybe we would not of
been scared of the Reverse Split as much. Now hes got a temper tantrum well wait till the investors come down will see whoes got the temper tantrum.
