I wanted to get your take on this post by someone on yahoo board .. Using Buffet's/Graham's ((Net Income + Depreciation - Capt Expendures) Divided by 30 yr Treasury) Divided by # of shares outstanding:

Using the most recent quarters,

$230M (Net Income) + 16M (Depr) - 15M (Capt. Expenditures) / 5.5% / 47M Shares = $89.00

This is 60% undervalued, this is why I loaded up and this also plays into the takeover scenario.
