If the site is "directly east of two very successful open-pit mines owned by Kinross Gold ( KGC )", why wouldn't Kinross Gold buy it up so it didn't have to give a cut to anyone else?

Who are they purchasing from? If they, the royalties, are worth anything why is owner selling? Seems like easy money to me and would not make sense to sell.

Just very skeptical about the management of DCUT. Everyone and anyone thinking about buying here needs to be very careful. I would not want anyone to lose what I, and others, have lost here. Management once told us that DCUT was on the cutting edge of Homeland Security with biometric ID. Now mining? Red flag....big time. Looking for new investors to bilk.

All in my opinion and I hope I'm wrong.
