That will not happen until the financiers begin their short selling after the registration is declared effective. Also, due to the terms of the Series E convertibles, I don't expect to see them shorting until mid February when the convertible price is begins to float based on the lower of 0.45 or 85% of the average share price during the 10 previous trading days.

For reference, check out what happened with the Series C convertibles in late 2000 to Jan 2001.

Seems like RP is not the only one who can "expect" things to happen, LOL. I often view Cass as the Bizarro RP, always expecting bad things for EDIG just around the corner...
