zguy, if Keith wants to 'dilute' us with swaps of gorgeous leases for a few shares here and there, we couldn't beg him enough to do so.

If doolittle wants to call that dilution, obviously, he's not half as smart as he is manipulative.

How about another analogy?

Dilution is adding water only to the koolaid without more sugar or flavor therefore diluted with water. Weaker.

But using insignificant amounts of newly issued restricted shares is like adding more sugar or flavor to the koolaid therefore making it stronger and more valuable.

I know it's a poor comparison but at least it makes it simple.

The shares are being used as an investment and paying more back to the company with the additional potential for O&G profits.

So they expect to finish leasing in Woodson at the end of this month? or is that what's on the immediate horizon but more later? Since after they finish leasing, then they should be able to drill and announce new well production. :) and the non-oilpatch investors can understand those numbers.
