No, duelittle2, again you are wrong.

Your statement of...

"Increasing the O/S IS dilution..Period!.."

is flat wrong. Did you even read those posts in my reply??? A company issuing significant numbers of shares while basically getting nothing for the share holders in return is dilution. Example... companies that don't do anything but issue shares so they can make their house payments and BMW payments IS dilution. Not only is Hemi not using shares as the predominant selling point for getting these leases, they are getting HUGE VALUE of these leases. So, it is like benefits for the shareholders times two! If they were ONLY issuing shares for all these leases it would still NOT be dilution considering there is hundreds of millions of dollars worth of oil/gas under the ground. I don't understand why it is so difficult for you to grasp this concept?????????

We argued and argued and argued previously about you claiming that reserves have no value. You were flat wrong then and are flat wrong again. You didn't shut up about the other argument until it was pointed out to you that 99% of the oil will STILL BE IN THE GROUND when/if we are bought. That's what shut you up about that argument. What's it going to take to show you that you are again wrong this time?

New land owners are not selling. You can't sell restricted shares in the open market that you just got!

You ask if the O/S has gone up recently. YES, it has but as stated in the PR, it is INSIGNIFICANT... meaning, barely worth mentioning. What is so hard for you to understand about this?

I suspect Keith and crew put those statements in the press release for people such as yourself who constantly scream dilution and insiders selling and o/s going way up and the like and even when they do explain it to you to the level they can, you still don't get it. Must be very frustrating for the Hemi crew.
