Kind of sort of.... My best recollection is that the deed w/ Gemini was being held pending completion of financing. If the deed/sublease/assignment was recorded it will be available online from the Caddo Parish Conveyance Records online document retreival service.

I don't believe that the chalk rights under Caddo Lake were ever part of that deal.

if you knew how joe operatored, you know why you could find any thing in writing. the statement i made was from from good old rm when they first bought right in caddo lake. those right only went down so far. when they beating there mouths talking about that were going buy gemimi, they would have all right to caddo lake. when they sold everything back to gemimi, they lost all rights to caddo lake. the deal was never finish, that why there no public record of anything. that was when all the true camw out about black dragon and the true hit the fan and that deal fell apart. all the wells went sold back to gemimi. read the press release..the made money selling the wells back gemimi because they open alot wells and had more oil coming out of ground. they were going to drill 2 gas well a month on lake and joe companies was to built gas pipe line at no charge to black dragon and that all fell apart too. if i remmber correct, that was not as much gas as they though. at first, the reason they were not drilling, the lake was low, no rain and the lake was so low, could not drill becase barge could not float that drill was on,not enought water to float it.
