curlyjoe, Maybe you are right. Maybe your wrong. Getting the fear and panick of RS out of the system now maybe a good move. They may get the PPS up to $.20 with proper PRs on going anyway. If they got to .20 first and then sprung the RS PR on us they may have to face some panic then regardless of what they say. You know how the basher ignore common sense. As it is now, by then the worst reaction to RS will be over and the details of the RS can be viewed more rationally by all and will make it more difficult for basher to gain any headway. We will never know which approach would have been the best. But the RS cat is out of the bag now and the market will deal with it in light of increasingly good and ongoin production news.

Curley the share price was going to take a hit no matter where it was at.
Sure would of been nice to take it to 20 and get out and then have the rs announcement but, it didn't work that way.

They are looking for a different exchange and they probably plan to raise money with a placement.

I couldn't agree more that AMEP would be above .07 today without the RS info. However, the RS info was not from a PR but instead from an SEC filing, correct? I'm not sure but that's how I took it.

If so, it wouldn't suprise me one bit if CB had no intention of the timing of released info the past two trading days based on his PR history. I look at more that we've got people on this board that are REALLY on top of things and found the SEC filing vs CB planning for the RS filing release and then a PR the next trading day.

Either way, today would have been a beautiful up day without the proposed RS filing. Long term I don't think it matters as long as the share structure of the RS is sound and the company produces as we expect. Without production AMEP stays in the .045-.065 range anyway. Thoughts?
