All fair assumptions,
and without agreement or disagreement, many of us await what will be included and addressed in this rare Telkonet CC, with a great anticipation of interest..

I would agree this CC could relate to the 'double edged sword'.. It could do much to benefit placing a pps floor and begin building the lost confidence needed for this company or could have an iced tea effect, by watering down the potential developments..

Our notable CEO has a excellent opportunity to wake this hibernating Ursus horribilis to the media and institutions and shareholders alike!!

Now MLK let me ask you a question. If you truly believe that the CC is going to cause the PPS to go down then I want to ask you have you sold all your shares? Please note I did not tell you to sell your shares as i do not want my message to be deleted but I ask have you sold your shares. I would like an answer from you as I think we all deserve to know if we are to trust you DD and believe what you say. Because you see if one truly believes what one says then it will be followed by action. For example if we were all in a room and I told everyone that I believed that a bomb was going to go off in 20 seconds and then I continued to talk and did nothing you would not believe me. But if I said a bomb is going to go off in 20 seconds and then I began to run out the door you all would probably believe me. So I ask you MLK if you believe that the CC will as you say have a negative effect on the stock I ask have you sold all of your shares. I await your answer no rather I think we all await your answer.
