A conference call on Thursday? Again, absent any new information, it will have zero effect on the pps of this stock. In fact, absent any new information, I suspect the conference call will have a negative effect on this stock.
The purpose of the call is to discuss "Telkonet's past successes and future opportunities in government sales from school districts to the Department of Defense and the private sector, as well as internationally."
Past successes? Humorous, since we have been sitting at $2.00 for some time, I would prefer they not focus on past "success."
"Future opportunities?" Why is it that everything is a future opportunity for this company?
Again, over the past week, this company has issued numerous PRs. Again, not one single PR discussed one single red cent of revenue. Do they not discuss dollars with partners?
Finally, I find it interesting that whisper numbers are now being issued. The company, after years of pressure, finally issued rough guidance for 2007. Now, through Murphy, they are whispering that they won't even come close to the numbers they established.
I have a feeling new guidance will be issued Thursday. If that is the case, watch out below, as that 52 week low is in sight.
