Any idea if PPBL is one of the manipulated stocks according to the SEC?

It was inevitable that people would short this stock after the financials were released, so the dip was no big surprise to me.

I have such a high average with PPBL that all I can do is hold on and if it goes bust just use it as a loss on my taxes.
