As a non-shareholder, but having been watching this for a couple of years:

What I see is CB wasn't able to get the company viable with the capital he raised earlier during the sub-penny days, and he needs more to grow at the rate he wants to. Owning very few shares personally, the dilution doesn't hurt him nearly as much as it helps... if the sp really tanks he can always issue himself some cheapies for compensation and augment his position. I see tough times ahead for shareholders. Even if he does have some good news, I still see dilution to raise capital... that will put a damper on any rallies. I think it sad that the Q&A portion of the filing did not even match the proxy... it makes one wonder if they even read it or just hurriedly did a cut and paste job... and you don't know what part to believe.
