"Wouldn't that be fourstar's books. Doesn't the operator recieve the funds and disperce them.
I am not a member of the fourstar board."

Well, one key challenge is that we do not know the relationship of the parties. From what we understand, Dragon is somehow the beneficial owner of various interests in the production they own all of or parts of. You could and should expect to be shown the gross and net numbers for leases in which Dragon has an interest. Please correct me if I'm not understanding correctly.

Also, and excuse me if I have said this before, if you see any vendors who were providing the same service for lower cost earlier on (example, wireline services)who is no longer being used, then it might be productive, if you have the time, to make note of it and to contact them and find out why the business relationship was terminated. Example KAT Wireline (318) 469-7091). From what I understand a number of vendors/contractors have ceased to work for Dragon or are insisting on prepayment or payment on the same day. Understanding the relationship of the parties will be useful to your understanding because if it gets to the point that noone will work for Dragon that would not be good but that is your opinion to form.

Also, I'll be in the area during the time that you are visiting but haven't figured out how we might meet and chat to give you a somewhat different view of how other folks operate.

If you can think of a way to accomplish that which adequately protects both of us then I'm all ears. This is a situation that can probably turned around but it is going to require good, verifible information and pressure applied appropriately from the board and shareholders.
