or SSTP owners could have been issued restricted shares without having anything to do with USSE, and there is no connection between USSE and SSTP in terms of ownership as some think here. Because by logic if USSE can own SSTP then USSE shareholders could have owned SSTP shares. so whatever prevented from USSE shareholders owning SSTP shares would also prevent USSE (the company) owing SSTP shares.

And who are the owners of SSTP. John Rivera and some other insiders.

Maybe next time when someone talks to John Rivera, they should ask how much of sstp is owned by USSE (the company) and john himself

Excerpt:

As the exclusive provider of USSEC biofuel, derived from USSEC's bio-waste by-products, Sustainable Power Corp. (SSTP) will compensate USSEC with restricted shares of SSTP common stock that USSEC will place in the treasury of USSEC.

The shareholders of USSEC potentially will benefit from this transaction through the anticipated appreciation in the SSTP shares as sales of the biofuel commence to the power generation markets. It is expected that the shareholders of SSTP will benefit from the sale of electricity and fuel, as well as the Green Certificates and/or Emission Reduction Credits they may receive from the appropriate state and/or federal governmental agencies for supplying its clean energy solutions.

----as far as the 600 million number, I believe it was posted here...I thought it was in the above announcement, but that doesn't show the number of shares...
