I have not read it entirely but it does refer to Schaftlein resigning as sole executive and the placement of a board of directors as well as executives for SP Holding Corp which looks to now be Organic To Go Food Corp (OTGO).

Awesome info everyone thanks for pitching in. This Mark Shaftlein just seems to have his name all over the place. Its like bad grafitti in a train station seeing his name. I just haven't found much positive about the guy. And how can you run 3-5 companies at once? Obviously he can't thats why all the companies are failing. So does he just put himself on the board pay himself a consulting fee from each and setup the loans to run for a few years and bleed all the companies dry? Then after they are a dustly beat up worthless shell merge them into another. What is his end game?

That same Mark Shaft and Gil Sharell. It looks like Shaft always uses Gil as his designated puppet. If Shaft ever dumped Gil as his puppet Gil would go out of business. It seems Gil's only clients are Shaft's companies.

Very funny sitution really. Shaft makes all the money and Gil is his little errand boy that takes all the heat from shareholders. I wonder if they are married.
