Dear Snacky,

I just got back myself from the ASM. Sorry you couldn't make it to the meeting this year, it was a most informative meeting with many questions asked that so needed to be answered! SS made perfect sense out of Wave's current position both in their business stategy & their economic position. FDE drive sales with Seagate will start REAL SOON, bringing with it the needed $$$ for Wave to gain credibity with the street again! SS was really surprised that the Microsoft, Wave & Juniper TNC/NAC announcements had no impact for Wave in the market. With Microsoft's intro of Windows Sever 2008(hopefully this fall), enterprise customers will have to turn on their TPM's & use Wave's EEE software for TNC/NAC. Once the street starts to see the amazing position Wave is in & their business plan starts to really engage(Dell/SeagateFDE.2) ...watch out!!!

Snack - I think everyone was satisfied with the answers given by SKS in regards to the last private placement, breakeven, share price, etc. I dont want to speak for everyone there, but I noticed a lot of smiles at the end of the presentation and into the breakout into small groups.
