My point was that facts seem to make little difference here, especially with regard to river traffic. There are no companies with 400 towboats in their fleet, or even half that, as far as I know. And based on what I know from personal experience working on towboats on the Mississippi for ACBL, the largest barge line in existence, there is NO WAY that USSE is really going to ship any equipment upriver on any barges. Nobody does anything remotely like that, and for good reason. The very idea of it is ludicrous, if you have any knowledge of river freight. It'll never happen, and it's just another puff of smoke from JR's dream machine.
You guys do what you want; I'm just bringing facts to the discussion. Fact is, JR is a bullshitter. Ride it however you choose.
