Before anyone takes them out of context, I would take that to mean that they have revenues....whether those revenues exceed costs (i.e. profit), I suppose we will find out...
if the tugboats are taking the fuel to customers who have purchased it, then theoretically profits are possible. of course we don't know if there are customers or who they are or what they paid etc.
