Mr. S, reread the contract. Uli gets paid to manufacture HotZones for GlobeTel for the Mexican JV. Not only does he make money there, he makes money as the value of his stock rises as the JV is built out. He certainly isn't making any money in Germany and Russia - LOL.

Also, although Huff was certainly involved obtaining the Mexican JV, Daniel Erdberg, President, GlobeTel VoIP, was even more so.

Like Uli, Huff also makes money as the value of his shares rise as the JV is built. What? You think he would set up a new JV with some other entity in Mexico or the Peraltas would break their contract, stop work on the new JV (the installation of which has been reported by two posters is going very well) and enter a new one? Please.

mr_snizzle you seem to be a business type. As such you know a contract is an attempt at getting an agreement between parties. What it says legally can only be determined in court, which never serves anyone. If the parties involved can not get back to the intent, we have another situation where the winner is the lawyers. At times parties feel that they have been taken advantage of and act juvenile, this does not make them right.
