I just find it very convenient that you would express yourself this way---After you sold your holdings....

I am optimistic that until we are told there has been fraud here, there is no fraud. If you have no vested interest in this company any longer, its my opinion that you should move on and allow the other posters on this board to discuss ACMG matters in a constructive manner.

whether Cavasin intended or not that is besides the point. he has not discharged his fiduciary responsibilities in a proper manner and he should be held accountable for that for e.g we had to find thru our own DD that the advisory board that was created in February and out of which a big PR came and a stock run - people bought in high teens. Howcome there was no update about it when the very members of that board were let go in January.
