whether Cavasin intended or not that is besides the point. he has not discharged his fiduciary responsibilities in a proper manner and he should be held accountable for that for e.g we had to find thru our own DD that the advisory board that was created in February and out of which a big PR came and a stock run - people bought in high teens. Howcome there was no update about it when the very members of that board were let go in January.
