#27167 RE: azguy35 #27157

azguy35: I was in the same boat as everyone else, expecting follow-ups from Cavasin's PRs. But as time went on, it has just been more and more ridiculous a situation with the company moving with no forwarding address, the missed MN1 interview, no evidence of the "factory", etc., etc. I didn't really think in terms of contacting the SEC because initially I was a believer, then I thought that there wasn't much point since they were a non-reporting pink. At that point, I got out at 3 cents with about a 30% overall loss. I truly sympathize with everyone here in a losing position, with many standing to lose much more.

Now I'm looking at this stock as an outright case of fraud, so I think it's reasonable to file a complaint with the SEC. Cavasin may not have intended it to be a fraud, but I believe the Siam deal is dead, the dividend is dead and the company is virtually dead. Maybe Cavasin will find another buyer, but I doubt he will be able to clean up this mess.
