I am no expert but there are motions, continuations etc etc in about every case that is worth a lick. Then if there is a judgement then there is an appeal then another then another. This CEO is not one to give up without a fight from what I have seen.
So can you explain what in your background qualifies you to know the legal system so well? Are there others here that agree with your analysis of this situation?
Could it be that Mr. Altomare will be doing his thinking in the box in the future instead of his coined phrase "out of the box"?
