debt financing for the design and construction cost of a
10,000 barrel-per-day gas-to-liquid (GTL) plant
to be located in Argentina's Tierra del Fuego province.

Financing the project will require approximately $470 USD million.
The debt instrument is to be secured by product sales contracts.

Mr. Petty and Mr. de Rothschild are scheduled to meet
with multiple domestic and foreign banks in the coming weeks
as loan packages are delivered and terms negotiated.
