Hey Rook, buying a house and trying to get another house ready to sell. (Moving about two miles away.) Also selling furniture on Craig's List. I finally got the key and am starting to move in while also dealing with painters and other issues. Jolly good fun.
Ordinarily I wouldn't have bought a house while the RE bubble is still deflating...but I got a sweet - almost new house - backing up to a bit of open space & trees and hills beyond - and around here that's rare.
Great to see serious geology talk (esp. pertaining to AMEP and the Barnett Shale) around here from posters with oil & gas knowledge and experience.
