Don't do it....don't do it!!! you better go with the Baby backs not the regular! My bud had us over last night for some Buffalo Wild Wings....purty dang good! I did my normal appetizer which is..... Fried Japs- I take Trappeys Japs... 3 jars...dump the juice out then dump them all in a bowl of MILK and 3 Eggss. then put them in Louisians fish fry...mix the fish fry half with flour. Put some Tony Chacheries/salt/peppa in the batter toooo...... then fry them suckkkers hit em with some ranch...perfect appetizer. you have to use Trappeys Japs..cause they are crunchy! get em at Krogers! Nite boys and girls! ps.....my wife made Gumbeaux tonight...ahhhhh it was goooooood
