gump. Sure seems like it. From today's update...
"Once again, there were not any defendants or attorneys for the defendants present." Take the "Fifth". Fail to show up. What a system we have. Wonder how long they can keep it up? It is getting sickening.

gump, ... Frizzell and West are taking almost all the right steps lately. (Notable exception: they should be serving UC personally in Canada.) However, they are taking them about 1 1/2 years too late.

Why Frizzell delayed doing anything (other than marshalling the stupid fax campaign) when almost all of the information about UC's and Edwards' improprieties was in his possession for 1 1/2 years is way beyond me. Unintentional or not, Frizzell actually helped UC by his delay. For example, the suit about the land in Vegas was settled just before the reins were turned over to West. That was the last UC asset in Nevada that was "available" because it wasn't protected. Now, that money's gone, mostly as a retainer for UC's personal attorneys. And, it won't be coming back despite the entry of the TRO.

Too much time to bury the money while Frizzell dawdled, IMO. Actually, I hope I'm wrong and something effective can eventually be done for you shareholders - but I don't think I am. And, Frizzell and West are obviously mortgaging your only future (the Entourage shares) on their belated Don Quixote chase after UC and his assets. ... eom

More than toughness, i think Frizzy and West lack savvy ... and maybe money.

Is he tough or just another garden variety Wimp ? Will he fold ?
