They seem to be working through the requests one at a time in reverse chronological order. I sent a reponse on May 8--about an hour after the PR and again on May 21. The May 21 request got a response on May 22. I just got a response to the May 8 request right now.

So whoever was quickest back on PR day may be the last to hear back from them.

I can't believe they're doing it manually like this.
