That is not new...

It appeared that new management was disappointed but not terribly concerned with the drop in SP after the meeting.

Why would they, after the hype over the new management team took the price from .021 to .54 in five weeks.

It seems to me, if Turrini actually had a joint PR "almost" ready for release the day of the share holder meeting, surely it would have been released by now.

With minimal facilities (very low overhead), a very small staff and absolutely no sales to date how long should take to get a financial report ready?

The thing is...

Billcoln, LG, myself, and others that are trying to warn you new folks about this company have been on this forum and analyzing this group called Calypso Wireless for years. You should take some time and read the posts going back for the last few years to really understand what is going on here. Don't lose a lot of money like many have done on this stock. We are actually trying to help you, and we are here because this is just an interesting human story being played out. I was in this stock EARLY in 2004 (or was it 2003? It's been so long I'm forgetting now). I doubled my investment and got out. I later determined that I should not reinvest because it became very clear to me that this group was providing false information to shareholders. I smelled a rat, and I still smell it. I must not have been alone since I watched the stock price drop from a high of $6.06 to two pennies.

I also see a trend on this board where people who can't spell or use proper grammar tend to promote this company, and people who can spell and use proper grammar are aware that this company is what it is. I find that very interesting...I'm not sure how this might flow into other areas of life, but I'm working on a thesis.
