A number of things have changed. Management for one. Licensing vs. manufacturing for another. Acquisition of additional patents. Finally, we are just starting to see FMC come to the market. I think that is more than enough to distinguish the "new" CLYW from the pre February 2007 Company and certainly from anything you have said in your previous post.

As for how long you might want to give them?... I am not sure. I am not seeing the new management doing a "pump and dump" thing. It appeared that new management was disappointed but not terribly concerned with the drop in SP after the meeting. It would seem to me that if they were simply promising the sky to get the SP up, they would have followed with some petty PR pretty quick. They have not.

I have worked with companies that have held patents and tried to license them. Even thought they were simple (and easy to copy) it was a huge pain in the butt just to get through the paperwork to let another company see your work to ensure that they will not later infringe. I know a lot of people think a patent is the be-all-end-all, but as someone else on this board said there is more than one way to skin a cat. A slight modification and you may or may not be infringing. Licensing can take time. I would really like to see them get a licensing agent first.

How long "I" will give them? I am still in the black, and the upside is significant so I will give them until .24 to prove they have something real. At that price I will have to reassess.
