That was 2 shares pre-split. Again the brokers will fight, but no where in the filing does it say one MUST have a minimum of 48 shares. As was in the case of MPNC, now NWMO see below:


From MPNC filing:
"The reverse split will not affect the common stock held by stockholders holding less than 100 shares as of the effective date of the Reverse Split"


Again MAQC (MKAQ) states "No stockholder received less than 100 shares of our common stock as a result of the reverse split"

1 share is all that was needed pre-split - It will make anyone a stockholder.
