The shells have already been created for the inevitable demise of this company, all the employees (bod's, mgmt, and others) have flown the coop including monty and huff (and consequently they'll all mysteriously show up as mgmt and/or bods in NoMas or Trimax in fact the integration is beginning already. The only spark needed to finalize it now is the ending of the sec investigation.
You have no idea what the SEC decision will be, nor do I. There are always avenues of funding as you well know, some are not of any real value, but always available. That is after the financials are filed.
