That's some hard questions to answer. They are all scams... even if they aren't if you think that way you'll do better.

to determine a companies share structure. If the company won't give outstanding shares (through the Transfer Agent) you'd probably do better to stay away.
Experience can't be taught, unfortunately. And you'll never stop learning.
