okay thanks, the reason i want to find out more about this, it's because i lost a lot of money in the penny market. exp: wtvi, smmw gwgd and some other more. that's why i need to improve my knowledge before i trade again. and i figure out that if i understand more about the company share structure and it might help me eliminate some scams. and can you tell me what else should i do to eliminate scams? and how to do research for a company? thanks for your wonderful information. god bless.
