that would be correct you being unable to open an account in the US...just as our neighbours to the South can't open an account here. Having said that, for some reason, some of the on-line brokerages DO accept accounts from Canuckleheads like IB, Pridigy etc. It's the "etc" that I'm kinda foggy about
