Sure, I don't mind answering what I can since you asked nicely.

"1. How does it come that he called you back so quickly, if you do not have any association with him?"
Well, for the same reason I am asnwering your questions. I asked them in a polite and straight-forward manner. I requested the communication without acting bitter, angry, or accusing.

"2. How does it come that he talked to you about 40 minutes, but he does not seem to take better care of all shareholders?"
(For the record, he called and I was not at home, but he left a message and I returned his call.) I prepared several questions before I returned his call. I kept asking and he kept answering. Have you tried calling him and leaving a professional message? You might get a call back.

"3. How does it come that the number of shares after the split is about 880000 when the A/S was supposed to be only 8 billions and the O/S much less than that before the split?"
I was told the O/S was approx. 8.8B and the A/S is higher then that. I was told 880,000 are now freetrading shares.

To contradict your conspiracy theory, I am a fairly new investor and did buy before the recent spilt. I don't know Flannery. I just thought I would do my own DD. I also felt crying about the situation was silly and would try and help my investment by being more productive on the board and with new investors.

Like I mentioned before. Posters can have their say, constructively, take examples from wareaglephillip and CohibaMan's posts. Negative posts are fine as long as they discuss/debate a topic, but any spam, repeat posts about SEC and threats or name calling will be erased. Also, I suggest that each poster include his/her email address in his/her profile so that other posters can contact you to discuss off-topic content.

Thanks,
David
