Not that I do not appreciate your thouroughness, but I have some questions:
1. How does it come that he called you back so quickly, if you do not have any association with him?
2. How does it come that he talked to you about 40 minutes, but he does not seem to take better care of all shareholders?
3. How does it come that the number of shares after the split is about 880000 when the A/S was supposed to be only 8 billions and the O/S much less than that before the split?
I hope you do not mind these questions, but we are sick and tired of things like: "confident in his ability to take the company into profitability by the end of the year." I received lots of emails from other dissatisfied investors. And, maybe, if indeed you talk so much with Flannery, you can convey to him that he can expect a class action quite soon.
