I would have thought that the whole government investigation a few years ago (regarding stock manipulation) would have put to rest any possibility of a scam. The bottom line is you take a big risk when you invest in penny stocks because of the nature of the companies involved. NSOL is a risky investment because there may be no funding available to get this idea off the ground. READ THE SEC FILINGS and quit grumbling. The Gambler always said you gotta know when to fold 'em!
