I think I am starting to understand Roger a little better. He forms a meaningless company, then uses smoke and mirrors to pump it. If he's successful, then he converts all his pref shares, and walks away with the jackpot. There is probably nothing illegal about it, and if there was there isn't enough assets for any junkyard lawyer to start a class action suit. For guys like Roger, this is America, land of opportunity.
Does anybody know if Pink Shares can trade for less than a hundreth of a cent? If not, Roger may be coming to the end of his rope. No, take that back. If he can get cash from those properties, like he recently did, then he can keep this thing alive a while longer - at least until he can figure out how to pump it back up.
I think Roger went to pink because he wanted to avoid filing SEC reports. That would have messed up his smoke and mirrors game.
