Who said 'not a big deal' you or him? The CEO and management do have a fiduciary responsibility to provide timely filings for the investment community. It is a big deal the stock lost half its value today based solely on managements incompetence.

I am not disagreeing that this will recover as long as there is no bad news in the filing but this is a very big deal. I expect professional and competent behavior from management, nothing less.
