Just got off the phone with legal counsel for premiere. He said "Michael can not return calls to every shareholder. Yes the filing is a few days late...it will get filed....not a big deal. We can't call everyone just cause it's a few days late...Michael can't give out insider information....I have to get this conference call and call me back tomorrow" Very heavy NY accent but he was in Florida. I will call tomorrow. I suspect we will see filing very soon. The numbers have to be good. Something like 5 magizines didn't just suddenly terminate. There a big hit and revenues increasing. Why the late filing? Just don't know. Rilo
